This weekend will be my nephews 3rd birthday. Since he was a baby he has had a fascination with my father's fish tank and was even more thrilled with the Baltimore Aquarium during his last trip out here. This is one of my first "kids" cakes and it was so much fun!

This little guy has pieces of gummy candy as his "scales." I found orange slice shaped gummies and cut each in half and then in half again lengthwise so they would be thin enough to stay on the cake.
